2. Who gives the consent
The personal data subject — the person who entered their first and last name in the booking form.
3. What data I provide
First name, last name, phone number, the language of the request, the section of the site the request was sent from, and the name of the promotion if the request was sent through one.
4. Why the clinic needs this data
- To contact me about the request.
- To book the child for an appointment.
- To confirm the visit and remind me of it.
5. How long the consent lasts
Until the listed purposes are achieved, or until I withdraw it.
6. Who the data is shared with
With the clinic's service providers, without whom booking does not work:
- Altegio — the booking system: schedule, client record, appointments.
- Telegram Messenger — the notification about a request in the clinic's work chat.
- Meta Platforms — when we talk on WhatsApp.
7. Cross-border transfer
Yes, it takes place. The data may be processed on servers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan: Meta Platforms (USA, Ireland), Telegram Messenger, Google Cloud (European Union), Altegio.
8. Publication in publicly available sources
Does not take place. The clinic does not publish my data without a separate consent to publication.
How to withdraw the consent
The consent can be withdrawn at any time — by an email to the clinic, in writing at the clinic address, or by phone. The clinic stops processing within fifteen working days. More details are in the privacy policy.
